Responsibilities:
- Oversee banquet events and ensure smooth operations - Coordinate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery - Set up banquet rooms according to event specifications - Supervise and train banquet staff, including servers and bartenders - Assist in the planning and execution of events, including menu selection and event logistics - Maintain inventory of banquet supplies and equipment - Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction - Handle cash handling and billing processes Skills:
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality service - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Knowledge of food service and hospitality industry standards and practices Specific experience we're seeking:
- The ideal candidate must have 2-4 years' experience as a lead banquet server or senior server.
- Experience with Social Functions - Candidates should possess a strong level of self-discipline and leadership.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet multiple deadlines under pressure.
Pay based on experience.

Must live within a commutable distance to Citrus County, no relocation package available.
