2K a year 1 day ago 1 day ago 1 day ago The Villages of Citrus Hills, a premier master-planned community in Central Florida is seeking an experienced individual to help execute our Social Media and Content Marketing strategies.
Job responsibilities include:
Manage multiple aspects of the day-to-day functions of our social media and content creation strategies on Facebook, Instagram, & YouTube, along with general website updates.
Write engaging content that connects with the target audience and follows SEO best practices.
Manage technical aspects of video recording and editing.
Capture video content in line with the intended storyline.
Coordinate with internal resources and external partners.
Assist with logistics for travel and logging equipment.
Edit video to project requirements and schedule.
Produce images that accompany social media or blog posts.
Follow the company's brand guidelines; ensuring alignment with The Villages of Citrus Hills brand and voice.
Create and print marketing materials as requested including billboards, magazines, and other forms of advertising.
Maintain, manage, and schedule social media and content creation calendar(s).
Generate marketing reports as requested.
Usage of Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe programs.
Attend special events within the community and surrounding areas as needed.
Experience:
Excellent knowledge of social media marketing and video creation.
In-depth knowledge and experience with picture and video editing software.
A working knowledge of basic web design skills.
Knowledge of Google Analytics and conversion tracking are ideal.
Must have strong organizational skills.
Requirements:
Degrees and/or experience in marketing, digital marketing or related field preferred.
Must have knowledge to include Adobe Premier Pro and other photo editing programs.
Requires strong interpersonal skills, project coordination experience, flexibility and the ability to creatively problem solve.
Must be able to work well with team members and outside partners, to produce a premier marketing experience at every level.
