This position will be 40 hours a week.
The ideal candidate has excellent verbal and written communication skills, is reliable, proactive, and has a professional appearance.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, filing, and other accounting functions.
Job Responsibilities Post and pay accounts payable invoices for multiple companies weekly Post incoming deposits into the accounting software.
Compile Reconciliations for our customers before closings or during the construction process.
Weekly filing and end of year box files Other various items needing to be completed in the accounting department Required Skills/Abilities Attention to detail, accurate, organized Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
Team player with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic Sage Timberline experience Enumerate (TOPS) experience helpful Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite 2 years' experience in accounting (Required) A background check is required.
Local candidates only.
